그 주제에 대해 최소한 3가지 관점의 시각을 가지는것을 동일시했다.
양은 질을 낳는다. 천재들은 모두 엄청난 양의 아이디어를 냈고
대부분의 아이디어는 일반인들과 비슷했다.
예를 들면 그가 처음 자전거를 설계했을때
발명가, 투자자, 자전거를 타는사람, 자전거가 사용 될 정치관료 등
다수의 관점에서 바라봤고 이 모든 관점을 종합했다.
